Downstream and with the wind behind you: from Passau through the Schlögen Loop to Linz, past Enns and Grein through the Strudengau to Melk – and then the Wachau, the 40 kilometres you came for: Spitz, Dürnstein, Krems, vineyards down to the water. Finally via Tulln and Klosterneuburg into Vienna. 311 kilometres on a fully built cycle path, almost without a climb.
